Community Guidelines for Axis Group of Interior Design

Welcome to the Axis Group of Interior Design community! Whether you’re exploring our interior design services across India, shopping for home decor on our website, or chatting with us in Kolkata, we’re delighted you’re here. This is a space where design dreams come to life, creativity flows, and everyone’s welcome to join the conversation. These guidelines are our way of keeping things friendly, inspiring, and fun for all.

When you engage with us—online or offline—you’re agreeing to follow these rules. Let’s build a community as beautiful as the spaces we design and the products we offer!

1. Be Kind and Respectful

Design is personal, and our community celebrates that. Share your ideas, feedback, or questions, but always with kindness. Whether you’re commenting on a blog post, reviewing a product, or chatting on social media, treat others with the respect you’d want in return. We don’t tolerate harassment, bullying, or hate speech—let’s keep the vibes uplifting and encouraging!

2. Share Thoughtfully

We love your passion for design! Whether it’s a photo of your latest project, a tip for using our decor products, or a story about your space, here’s how to share it right:

  • Keep It Yours: Post your own work or give credit where it’s due. Don’t claim someone else’s designs or photos as your own.

  • Stay on Topic: Let’s talk interior design, home decor, or anything related to what we do at Axis Group. Random tangents? Not quite the plan.

  • No Spamming: Avoid repetitive posts, unsolicited promos, or flooding the space with ads. We’re here to connect, not clutter.

3. Protect Privacy

Privacy matters to us, and it should to you too. Here’s how we keep it safe:

  • Don’t share personal details like phone numbers, emails, or addresses in public spaces.

  • Never post someone else’s info without their permission.

  • If you’re sharing pics of a room or project, make sure the owner or designer is okay with it first.

4. Follow the Law

Great design pushes boundaries, but it stays legal. Let’s do the same:

  • Don’t post anything that violates copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights (that includes copying product descriptions or images!).

  • Illegal content or anything encouraging harm is off-limits.

  • Not sure if something’s okay? Reach out to us before you share.

5. Let Us Know If Something’s Wrong

Spot a rude comment, a rule-breaker, or a website hiccup? Tell us! You can email us at info@agointeriordesign.com or use any “Report” tools we offer. We’ll look into it quickly and sort things out.

6. How We Keep the Peace

We want this community to feel safe and inspiring. To make that happen, we might:

  • Remove posts or comments that don’t follow these guidelines.

  • Suspend or block accounts if someone keeps breaking the rules.

  • Take legal action if things get out of hand (hopefully never!).

We’ll always review fairly and keep our decisions consistent.

7. Your Contributions, Our Showcase

When you share cool stuff—like a photo of your space with our decor products or a glowing review—you’re letting us feature it on our website, social media, or marketing. We’ll credit you when we do! If you’d rather we didn’t use your content, just let us know—we’ll respect your choice.

8. Guidelines Can Change

Just like design trends, these guidelines might evolve. We’ll update them as needed and post the latest version here with a new “Effective Date.” If you keep engaging after an update, we’ll take it as a thumbs-up to the changes.
